About the role
We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to oversee the Access Solutions Product Marketing team.

This person will manage Canadian and US based Product Managers with responsibilities covering ongoing Product Marketing, Product Launches, and Field Marketing activities.

The Manager will work closely with leadership on the Access Solutions Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, and R&D teams.

The Manager will partner within the broader Electrophysiology (EP) organization to drive commercial alignment of Access Solutions activities across EP.

This person will work closely with global Marketing partners in Europe, Japan, China, and APAC to help grow those markets and to launch products in those geographies.

This person will have high visibility at Sales Meetings, Conferences, and with senior EP leadership.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Hiring, developing, and retaining top talented Product Marketers, and evolving those roles to develop skill sets and meet changing business priorities
  • Overseeing product focused campaigns in partnership with the Access Solutions Digital team, Marcom teams, and with the EP Sales organization
  • Work closely with senior EP partners and get feedback from physician users to create, to validate, and to make necessary changes to ongoing product messaging and positioning.
  • Partner with EP, Structural Heart, and WATCHMAN teams on the strategy and execution of transseptal growth initiatives
  • Developing and managing an annual Product Marketing budget across multiple campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive Global Franchise alignment on Access Solutions commercial activities and messaging across the US, EMEA, and APAC
  • Continuously measure the impact of campaign execution metrics and driving continuous real time improvement across all launch initiatives
  • Collaborate and align with marketing team counterparts and crossfunctional team members to ensure a coordinated plan to deliver overall revenue and profit objectives, as well as product forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the Access Solutions products and transeptal procedures and provide current and future product overviews with Physician partners.
  • Other duties as required.

Required qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science)
  • 5+ years of successful related business experience; pharmaceutical, medical device, advertising agency experience is preferred
  • 3+ years of Brand Marketing/Product Management experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a teambased environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on datadriven decision making
  • Fosters/leverages strong collaborative relationships
  • Drive global alignment on key areas of product and marketing strategies
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time, domestically and internationally, therefore must possess a valid passport

Preferred qualifications:


  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Previous experience managing people
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that can operate independently with little direction
