The role


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams to orchestrate successful product releases and ensure a strong return on investment for every feature launched.

Your primary objective will be to drive user adoption and long-term engagement by effectively communicating the value proposition of Kimoby's solutions to dealerships and autogroups.

This role demands strong communication skills, creativity, a strategic and analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

Proficiency in copywriting is essential, as you will be crafting compelling messaging to achieve your goals.


What we expect from you:


In 3 months - You will be expected to achieve proficiency in utilizing our internal tools, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our audience, the competitive landscape, and our feature release and update procedures.

In 6 months - You will take charge of managing, creating, and coordinating product releases across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for meticulously crafting communication tools and leveraging data analytics to optimize user adoption strategies.


The challenge

  • Own and execute the customer adoption strategy. Take charge of developing and implementing strategies to drive the adoption of both new and existing products at Kimoby;
  • Create awareness and promote feature adoption. Develop campaigns, creatives and initiatives to raise awareness and encourage the adoption of new and existing features among our current user base and internally with our teams;
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, customer success, and sales teams to gain insights into challenges and benefits, increase usage, and ensure the longterm success of new features;
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to understand the factors influencing feature adoption or the lack thereof, enabling informed decisionmaking;
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer behavior, documenting insights to enhance understanding of product positioning, competitors, and key decisionmaking factors;
  • Proactively engage with customers to gain insights into their needs and pain points, effectively addressing them to improve product offerings and user experience.


  • Bilingual

  • English and French
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Able to build strong relationships and spark collaboration
  • Able to find new and creative ways to engage users.
