Description
Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Mississauga Construction & Forestry location.

This position is responsible for providing support and coordinating the functions of the sales department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New & Used Construction machines and attachment inventory control
  • Administration of sales invoices to customers and vendors
  • Work with the service and parts departments in relation to the set up of the construction equipment
  • Assist with the yard flow and organization of construction equipment inventory
  • Provide clerical support to sales staff for quotes and documentation (Including Sales and Branch Management)
  • Prepare preliminary costing of equipment for sales manager
  • Assist walk in customers in presenting a construction machine or attachment for operation as well as price.
  • Other sales clerical duties as required

Required Skills:


  • Positive, upbeat attitude with ambitious outlook
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Must be able to meet expected deadlines
Required Experience

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and office products (Excel, Word)
  • Post-Secondary Education in Marketing or Business
  • Previous industry related experience would be considered an asset
