Alio Health (Calian Patient Support Programs) has a terrific opportunity to join our growing and dynamic team The
Manager, Placement Services is responsible for the implementation, and efficient management of Placement Programs.

The Manager, Placement Services is responsible for the oversight of Placement staff. The Manager, Placement Services will be the main point of contact for Placement staff.

This role is responsible for completing all required Client tasks such as business reviews, performance management and reviews, forecasts, or any other tasks as requested by the Client.

This role will work with the Client to identify, recruit, and hire staff.


Accountabilities

  • Oversees the Placement teams to ensure that all required duties are being fulfilled as per the Work Orders.
  • Communicates program updates to the Operations and Human Resources departments on an ongoing basis.
  • Implements changes that increase effectiveness of Placement management, processes and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with Clients, vendors and partners and contributes to business development by promoting all of Calian PSP services.
  • Build the "Staffing Brand" of the organization to external clients.
  • Manages setup of all new placement programs.
  • Acts as the Alio point of contact for the Placement team and responds to inquiries in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Oversees the performance management process for placement staff, adhering to the timeliness of reviews.
  • Manages performance concerns confidentially in response to client feedback, ensuring to adhere to HR guidelines and procedures.
  • Works with all parties to resolve employee conflicts.
  • Responsible for offboarding process of placement staff.
  • Fulfill other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Must have a College or University degree in Sciences, Human Resources, Management or related field.
  • Previous Management experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Patient Support Programs is an asset
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients is an asset.
  • Recruiting or Human Resources Experience is an asset.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Must have a strong understanding of HR good practices and procedures to align with employment standards.
