Glencairn Golf Club is hiring

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required
  • Assist with the coordination of special events
  • Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures
  • Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management
  • Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff
  • Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting
  • Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis
  • Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank
  • Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Experience in an Administrative role would be an asset
  • Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team Player
