- Support specialized pharmacy services, including diabetes care, substance‑use disorder treatment, and infectious disease management.
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy program from a recognized institution.
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide remote counselling and support.
- Experience in Indigenous healthcare, chronic disease management, or distance‑care pharmacy is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Majority office hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
