Red Bull is looking for top-performing college students to work with our most creative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists From day one, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into topics, take ownership of tasks, support projects and contribute based on your strengths and passions.

The Sports Marketing team at Red Bull Canada is responsible for developing an innovative and outstanding sports marketing program that is highly relevant for our priority consumer groups.

We leverage our globally relevant roster of top performing athletes, deliver world class event experiences for partners and participants, and deploy a host of unique assets in gaming to win with our core audiences and bring new consumers into the world of Red Bull.

This Internship will offer a broad-based look at sports marketing.

You will support the sports marketing team in the execution of plans and gain valuable experience working cross-functionally with teams across the business.

The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work across various subdisciplines within the Sports Marketing and Consumer Collecting teams

Contribute to the execution of our sports marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, relevance, and consumption through athletes & events

Develop and deliver a competitor's analysis through Insights to the sports marketing team at internship end

EVENTS EXECUTION AND SUPPORT
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Red Bull Outliers registered participants sharing weekly registration updates and supporting our event merchandising program

Design a new Event Car monthly reporting template, work closely with the regions to compile a list of regional activations, and report monthly to the sports marketing team

GAMING & ESPORTS - COLLEGIATE

Generate a database of gaming Social Opinion Leaders (SOLs) and support the needs of branded Players & Creators nationally

Develop a plan to regularly engage and support these individuals

Regional gaming support specifically around Red Bull Campus Clutch. Will work directly with the Student Marketeer program

ATHLETE MARKETING / PROJECT SUPPORT

Manage scheduling requests and support with the booking of athlete travel for events, contests, and training, where required

Maintain athlete merchandise inventory and, with the AMS, support the delivery of branded athlete gear

Qualifications:

Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college

Proven excellence in academic life

Extra-curricular achievements

Ability to grow, change and thrive within our organization and culture

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

An interest in both action sports and mainstream sports

Interest in sports marketing, event/project management
