    About this team

    The Asset Protection Coordinator will be critical to the success of the Global Investigations & Intelligence team, comprised of multidisciplinary Investigations professionals who will utilize and enhance a suite of advanced tools to collate and analyze information from various sources. The Asset Protection Coordinator will support internal Asset Protection teams and stores throughout our global business with protecting our people and property in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams and handling a wide variety of incidents from inclement weather, ORC, retail theft and fraud.

    Core responsibilities

    The Asset Protection Coordinator supports day-to-day investigative operations through data manipulation, case development, and intelligence support. This role assists with internal and external investigations, partners with law enforcement, and provides operational and analytical support to the Global Investigations & Intelligence team. The position contributes to building strong, defensible cases while supporting new initiatives that enhance asset protection effectiveness and enterprise risk reduction.

    • Support day-to-day Asset Protection investigations through data collection, analysis, and case documentation
    • Manipulate and analyze data from POS, incident reports, CCTV, and internal systems to identify trends and investigative leads
    • Build and maintain investigative case files, timelines, and evidence packages
    • Assist with internal theft, external theft, fraud, and organized retail crime (ORC) investigations
    • Partner with law enforcement by preparing case materials, coordinating information sharing, and supporting follow-ups
    • Support the Global Investigations & Intelligence team with case research, data pulls, and investigative insights
    • Identify repeat offenders, theft patterns, and emerging risks through routine analysis
    • Maintain accurate records in case-management systems and ensure documentation meets legal and policy standards
    • Support investigative interviews by preparing background research and summaries (where permitted)
    • Assist in reporting key metrics, trends, and outcomes to AP leadership
    • Support pilots, new initiatives, and process improvements within Asset Protection
    • Ensure investigative work complies with privacy, legal, and ethical requirements
    • Partner cross-functionally with Store Operations, AP field teams, and leadership as needed
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of investigative workflows and data quality
    • Demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow within Asset Protection and Intelligence

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in security, surveillance, or a related investigative role.
    • Familiarity with CCTV systems and video playback software.
    • Proven experience in e-commerce fraud detection, risk analysis, or internal investigations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Strong written communication for precise and concise report writing
    • Dependable and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaboration-Work closely with security teams, management, and law enforcement when necessary, providing clear and accurate evidence to support investigations.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English with advantage of another language
    • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    Compensation and benefits package

    lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
