Executive Administrative Assistant - Vancouver, Canada - Centum Financial Group Inc
Description
Under general supervision, Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of various marketing programs for an assigned business unit.
Essential Job Duties:
Answer and direct all incoming calls;
Maintain the lobby, conference rooms and kitchen areas;
Coordinate conference room calendars to ensure smooth scheduling between multiple groups;
Manage office supplies, order accordingly and reconcile monthly expenses for the office;
Provide extensive reporting as requested for management within the office;
Perform other projects as requested by Management.
Skills, Education and Experience:
Ability to work in a team environment;
Strong graphic, writing and oral communication skills;
Computer literacy in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Ability to work independently as well as with key internal and external constituents ;
Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines;
Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task;
Motivated self-starter with ability to problem solve.
Pay:
$67,650.00-$71,300.00 per year
