Your New Role and Team

Our Success Criteria:

Plan and coordinate tests, changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
Support and resolve problem management activities such as issue resolution, root cause analysis, and communication
Work with internal teams to evaluate products and licensing needs
Perform testing, installation, and configuration on cloud products to suit the expanding user base
Define system workflows and related schemes for complex and highimpact projects
Train end users on new features during project deployments and with ongoing support
Assist in the daytoday operations of the Operations department

Your Experience

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Opsgenie)
Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes
Awareness of ITIL framework, SOC2, and ISO27001 to ensure a strong understanding of processes
Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities in cloud service integration
Excellent communication skills and experience training internal stakeholders
Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products is a key requirement of the position
