About the Position

  • Support all internal and external HR related matters, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and maintaining agendas.
  • Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
  • Maintain employee personnel records.
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.
  • Providing assistance with Health and Safetyrelated matters, including checks on first aid kits, MSDS sheets, and other items.
  • Completing data entry related to staff performance as well as production tracking measures regarding quality.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors Degree or College Degree in Human Resources or related (mandatory).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (preferred).

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year


Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
