- 7+ years of well-rounded work experience in civil construction is required.
- An advanced understanding of civil construction controls processes and work procedures is required.
- Previous exposure to construction estimating processes and systems is preferred.
- The ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications for different project owners and specification sources.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Bluebeam (or similar) software skills are required.
- The ability to work through problems independently and find solutions.
- Committed to a safe and healthy work environment, with a zero-injury culture, and carries these values into estimate development.
- Must value a respectful workplace environment where all ideas can be shared and acting with integrity, humility, and respect in all facets of work is required.

We are seeking a LeadEstimator with a background in civil construction and engineering. Compensation $80,000-$120,000 annually.
The salary range for this position will be discussed during the interview stage, taking into consideration candidate qualifications and experience.
