- Work in partnership with Account Executives and Account Representatives to offer our customers the best available terms and conditions for their entire insurance portfolio
- Offer a commercial insurance investment service to Account Managers
- Collaborate with other team members to fully handle our customers' insurance needs
- Build and maintain insurance market relationships
- Develop new business niches in collaboration with the sales department
- Inform Account Managers and Account Representatives of new coverages and market practices
- Develop and maintain analysis and comparison tools for the various insurance products on the market
- Participate in industry events and promote Vézina's interests with insurers on a regular basis
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of annual objectives with our insurance partners.
- Experience as a Placement broker and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial damage insurance
- University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Enhanced knowledge of various insurance policies, including property, automobile, directors & officers and professional liability, cyber and environmental
- Hold a commercial-lines damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers
- Have a good working knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
- Strong business development skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- CIP (PAA), FCIP (FPAA) or CRM diploma (an asset)
- Proficiency in TAM software (an asset).
