This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with lots of energy, enthusiasm for aquatics and a positive teamwork attitude to make a positive impact in our community.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills as you take the lead to help ensure our guests have both fun and safe experiences. You will meet many diverse people in our facility, including interacting with local community members and visitor guests from different parts of the world.

Duties

• Teach swimming techniques, procedures and safety precautions


• demonstrate correct swim movements and use of equipment


• Evaluate participant progress and create lesson plans based on their ability levels

Responsibilities

1. Lifeguard during public swims ensuring the safety of all patrons at all times.


2. Instruct aquatic programs,
   such as teaching participants different strokes or assisting them in learning water rescue techniques. /
   / Ensure that instructors provide high-quality lessons while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
