Jokey North America is searching for a
Customer Service Representative who can offer professional customer service and support our outside sales team by coordinating customer orders with production planning and shipping.

This position is for a one year contract but has potential for permanent position.

This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process and review sales orders and contracts for upwards of 100 customers
  • Provide exceptional support to customers and sales representatives
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Process customer complaints
  • Update customer records and database
  • Compile sales reports/statistics
  • Manage delivery timelines
  • Tracking of overseas container shipments
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Ability to plan and work independently in an organized manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Expert computers skills (MS office, internet, ERP system)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong math skills
  • 3 years in a fast paced customer service/administration oriented position
  • Direct inside sales and sales quotation preparation experience preferred
