Job Description:
We are currently seeking an
Account Manager to join our sales department. This is a proactive sales role for our new customers.
Tasks and responsibilities
Your main roles are to identify, manage and win
new logo business, and drive repeatable and dependable sales and follow-on revenue from those accounts.
proactive sales role mainly, if not exclusively, for new name accounts and new logos. It involves generally horizontal (market) selling, with some evolving specialization. A proactive account and sales plan are required for all existing customer accounts.
KPIs
You will be evaluated on different KPIs, such as:
- Sales/revenue/MRR
- Forecasting accuracy
- Cloud/license revenue
- Revenue from services; project, break/fix, managed services
- Sales to new logos
- Sales to named existing customers
- Number of advisory service sessions provided to customers per month
Qualifications:
To succeed in your role, you will need the following competencies:
- Your top qualities
:networking and lead generation, sales cycle development and execution, business acumen/understanding of prospect business, ability to meet quota, ability to envision and convey business value to prospects. - Your background: At least 5 years of
B2B sales experience (account executive, account manager, business development, presales support, relevant role within the vertical) with a verifiable track record of your previous successes. - Certifications in sales and productivity methodologies (focused on customer relation management),
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (ideally Customer Engagement) an asset. - We need quality people in order to provide quality services.
