Description
The Corporate Training team plays a vital role in fostering a culture of growth and development within our organization. We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Coordinators to join our team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, and implementing contract training projects with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service to our clients.


We have two positions available:
one within our Aboriginal Partnerships and Engagement (AP&E) portfolio and another to manage our corporate and international projects.


In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Corporate Training Delivery and work closely with the Business Development and Sales team.

Your primary objective will be to manage training projects in various communities within Alberta and beyond, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the process.

These projects encompass a wide range of disciplines and may require travel within and outside of Alberta.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive project plans based on contractual terms, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively communicate and exchange with clients to understand their needs and expectations, while providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Research and compile direct project costs for pricing purposes, taking into consideration the importance of unique clients and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate endtoend logistics for the delivery of contract training projects, both on and off campus, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Travel to project locations to meet clients, actively engaging with them to foster strong relationships and gather feedback on their training experience.
  • Resolve any project delivery and implementation issues that arise promptly and professionally, demonstrating exceptional problemsolving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and review project budgets, comparing them to actuals, and conduct postproject reviews with a focus on continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on culture building and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, utilizing these tools to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.
  • Experience working with budgets and financial reports, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support our culturebuilding and customer service goals.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, enabling you to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions that align with our commitment to culture and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • A related diploma and/or degree (desired).
  • Extensive experience in managing and implementing projects, preferably with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous multicultural exposure or experiences are an asset, as they contribute to fostering an inclusive training environment.
  • For the AP&E position, extensive experience working with or in Aboriginal communities, demonstrating an understanding of their unique cultural aspects and needs.
  • Valid Alberta Driver's license.

Remuneration:
$2, $3,600.28 bi-weekly with a comprehensive benefit package.
