Job summary
The Cost Controller will prepare and update direct cost budgets twice per year, manage cost control and quantity surveying teams, and report to project control managers. The role involves gathering information from departments to report monthly project progress; analyzing monthly direct costs against forecasted budgets; developing KPIs including productivity MO CPI SPI; working with accounting teams on actuals posted vs forecasts;ensuring supplier invoices are processed timely basis;
