- Temporary employment with the possibility of becoming permanent;

- Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections using knowledge of safe and efficient loading and handling procedures;
- Review documents to ensure they are complete and accurate;
- Deliver and unload products using equipment including semi-trailers, ramps, tail lifts, pallet jacks, load bars and other devices that facilitate delivery;
- Check the number of pieces, leave the correct documents and secure the required signatures and store stamps (if applicable) on the delivery documents.
- Drive the vehicle safely in accordance with guidelines, minimizing accidents, traffic violations and public complaints.
- Keep vehicles well maintained, safe and secure. Promptly report any defects to the transport manager.
- You have a valid class 3 driving license
- You have at least 3 months of work experience as a truck driver
- You own a car
- You can lift a maximum load of 50lbs (you will be responsible for loading and unloading your truck)
- You have safety shoes
