We believe our team of logistics professionals are the best in the business Looking to be apart of an industry shaping, bold group, then this is the position for you. Our team is comprised of heavy haul / project cargo experts from various industries such as project forwarding, rigging and specifically over the road transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule.
Entering, updating, and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal / external use.
Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
Coordinate with billing to ensure accurate invoicing.
Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
Performs related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager.
Wellversed in supply management principles and practices.

Qualifications:

Previous logistics and customer service experience is an asset.
College diploma or university degree.
Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
Strong multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Ability to work independently and withing a team.
Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
Must possess a strong work ethic.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) problem solving, and decisionmaking skills.
Keen on working in a fastpaced environment.
