Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly Turkish and English speaking efficient Server to join our new dynamic restaurant team who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems is needed.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Provide guest services that promote customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is required
• Can speak both English and Turkish
• Ability to adjust on flexible shifts depending on the nature of job
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation guidelines
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food industry standards, food safety, and hospitality practices is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
