Program Administrator - London, Canada - Musical Theatre Productions
3 weeks ago
Description
This year we wish to hire a contract Program Administrator to implement strategic plans and manage operational tasks in a part-time capacity.
We estimate this position to beeight hours per week for fifty weeks this year. It is our goal to continue this role long-term and support it through grants and donations.
Musical theatre brings our participants together across regional, cultural and social communities in large-scale productions.
Each year we average 90 community volunteers who are engaged in the preparation, supervision and performance of full-scale musical theatre performances that often sell out local venues.
A diverse range of experience levels, ages and genders make our organization a welcome environment for artists who love to sing, dance and act along with the artistic team behind the curtain who make it all possible.
We have committed MTP to fostering Diversity & Inclusion in our mandate and now have a strategic plan in place for the next five years.
Our first initiative this year has been to create the Silver Spotlight, a performance specifically to ensure our membership over 55 will see themselves represented on and off stage.
