Job summary
We already have a rough architectural layout for a ~1,000 sq ft second-story addition that we created ourselves. We're looking for a designer who can review and optimize our existing layout suggest minor structural/layout improvements improve room proportions traffic flow and storage help ensure the design feels light and open This is part of a larger project multiple bedrooms full bath living space flex room We're hoping to build a long-term working relationship if this phase goes well.Responsibilities
