Professional Custom Homes Ltd is looking for a motivated individual for the position of Site Supervisor.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of construction sites.

Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising and instructing subcontractors
• Ensuring homes are built to spec and to quality standards.
• Coordinating with the design team
• Site maintenance ensure the sites are clean throughout the course of construction.
• Building positive trade relations. Stakeholder management skills are a must.
• Construct projects by planning, organizing, forecasting and controlling projects for successful ontime deficiencyfree completion.
• Provide schedules to subcontractors.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• The ability to assist, when needed, with onsite handson tasks including but not limited to: site prep, framing, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, landscaping and other odd tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• All other duties as required.
• Have a working knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Working knowledge of Kanban methodology is an asset.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand how these are interconnected with specs.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people. Understand how to provide instructions through the lens of cultural sensitivity objectively.
• Strong Project Management capabilities
• Ability to forecast workload and organize it to reduce bottlenecks.
• Work well under pressure.
• Excellent decisionmaking skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• A college diploma

Construction sites aren't perfect, requiring on-the-fly modifications that marry cost-effective delivery focus and high quality to ensure the project meets its targets.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
