Position Overview:

Your Challenges:
As an Installation Technician, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Installing and maintaining various lubrication, on-board scale, camera, or detection systems on heavy machinery (e.g., loader, excavator, grader).
  • Performing welding, drilling, and painting of various parts during installations.
  • Conducting electrical connections in restricted places (e.g., cabin).
  • Running grease hoses and installing valves according to provided drawings.
  • Installing pressure sensors to hydraulic hoses for onboard scales.
  • Performing calibrations for onboard scales, cameras, and pedestrian detection systems.
  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and reporting defects requiring repairs.
  • Adhering to quality standards and traveling with the service unit to customers or onsite.
  • Handling a small administrative component on a tablet (iPad) for tasks like work order followups, timesheets, and work reports.
  • Occasionally carrying out mechanical work on off road equipment
  • Provide training to customers on how to use installed systems
  • Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently

  • Have professional experience and knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics.
  • Hold relevant training related to these fields (hydraulics, electricity, and mechanics).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess excellent team spirit, project management skills, and a customerserviceoriented approach.
  • Have a manual profile, enjoy working with mechanics, and excel in problemsolving.
  • Like engaging in discussions to understand and meet customer needs, contributing to the final crucial step in the sales process.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
