- Analyze data to identify new and existing trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
- Create and own comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead data‑driven decision‑making across the department by building and managing KPI dashboards
- 3+ years experience of analyzing data to drive business insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, PivotTables, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent (we use Looker)
- Experience in the financial services industry or related field
- Experience presenting insights and analyses to a variety of stakeholders
