Description
Management of litigation- Contract management project
- Assist lawyers in the preparation, review, and analysis of contracts of various kinds (commercial, services, confidentiality, consultancy, etc.)
- Ensure the maintenance and the timely update of all templates for different teams across the company
- Ensure the maintenance of directories and archiving of files for the Legal Affairs Department
- Verification of the compliance of signed agreements with internal policies
- All other related tasks (translation, verification, communications, etc.)

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress in Law
- Fully bilingual (written and oral)
- Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fast learner with new software
- Multitasking and well organized
