Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinating calendars.
- Maintaining and updating files, records, and documents.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics for business trips.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Providing general administrative support to staff members.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Demonstrated experience handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Experience in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
- Familiarity with office procedures and protocols.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
- Proficiency in handling phone systems and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional coursework or training in office administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
$16.00 per hour
