Responsibilities:


  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinating calendars.
  • Maintaining and updating files, records, and documents.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics for business trips.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Providing general administrative support to staff members.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Required Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Demonstrated experience handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Experience in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and protocols.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documents.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in handling phone systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional coursework or training in office administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
$16.00 per hour
