ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The roles and responsibilities of the
Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:


  • Research companies to create strategic partnerships with. This includes local gyms and other businesses within our service areas.
  • Schedule and attend networking events or trade shows to promote our brand.
  • Plan all event logistics, including timing, duration, and setup/dismantling of our booth display.
  • Educate prospective clients/customers on the value of truLOCAL products and services.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
  • Remain current on product developments by attending sales meetings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Ability to travel to event locations across southwestern Ontario.
  • Availability to work evenings/weekends to attend events/shows at differing locations.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be comfortable speaking/presenting to a large group of people.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Event/Trade show experience is preferred.
  • Self-Motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Must be wellspoken and outgoing.
  • Must always demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, timemanagement and prioritization skills as well as a strong ability to problem solve.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time at events.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for set up on booth/event setup.
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced entrepreneurial, startup environment.
  • Proficient use of a personal computer in MS software, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- $20.00 per hour worked plus commission for every new sale generated. Commission is paid on a monthly basis.

Part-time hours:
20-40 per week


Salary:

$20.00 per hour

Schedule:


  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
