Job summary
Jardeg is recruiting a Welder Apprentice to join the Heartland Constructors at the Imperial Oil Kearl site in Fort MacKay, Alberta.Welders develop patterns for projects or follow directions given in layouts,
blueprints and work orders,
as well as clean,
check for defects and shape component parts sometimes using a cutting torch and welding parts together.
- Able to prepare fit up and bridge tack weld pipe for SMAW GTAW process.
- Have thorough knowledge of metals arc electrodes welding gases and gas welding filter rods.
