Description

This is an ideal position for someone looking to learn about the operations of a Property Management Company with option to grow into a management role.

This is currently a seasonal position with estimated start date around mid May.

Further employment opportunities may be available if the assistant demonstrates strong problem solving skills and is willing to go above and beyond.


Qualifications:

Grade 12 or Equivalent

Ideally a business student in their undergrad, or someone keep on an entrepreneurial future.

Prior Experience as an Administrator an asset.

Prior Customer Service Experience an asset


Skills:


  • Ability to manage time effectively and organize accordingly for completion of daily tasks
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Able to clearly communicate with teammates, guests and owners in a timely manner
  • Knowledgeable or willing to learn computer programs, such as PMS software and Google drive.
  • Answer phone calls and inquires in a prompt and professional manner
  • Must be able to work on own without supervision
  • Must be able to problem solve effectively

Job Types:
Full time contract with future options


Salary:
Starting from $20/ hr


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
