We are a Korean&Japanese restaurant located in Montreal's little italy Our restaurant has been operating successfully for 8 years since opening.
We are looking for people with passion and skills. If you are the one we need, we will do our best to meet your expectations.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure that all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Must speak english
- Proven experience as a cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time
Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
