About The Role
The Site Supervisor will provide overall on-site management. Be responsible for the smooth functioning of the day-to-day. Enforce company and project policies and ensures the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Ensures safety and quality control, and delegates work to field staff, contractors, and tradespeople.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and drives the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team; ensures project milestones and completion dates are met.
  • Ensures that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and drawings and that highquality standard are maintained.
  • Supervises field employees; makes sure their work is planned and scheduling staff; keeps accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provides positive direction to motivate quality performance.
  • Manage project change orders; from pricing to processing & planning the workflow.
  • Issues material and services purchase orders and confirms receipt of materials and return of equipment.
  • Perform quality assurance and control activities, such as site reviews and ensure adherence to contract requirements.
  • Administer project closeout; from documents archiving to maintenance/ warranty manuals, etc.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by superiors or as required for successful project completion.
  • Follow all regulations and applicable Duron's Health and Safety Policy and Procedure.
  • Follow COR Guidelines and industry best practices for a safe workplace.

Qualifications:


  • Educational and experience requirements include a constructionrelated degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • Solid understanding of current construction practices.
  • Ability to guide safe work practices in a highpressure environment while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple project stakeholders.
  • Capable of identifying constructability issues in moderately complex situations and creating solutions in the construction plan and schedule.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid Class G driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must provide a copy of Driver's Abstract
  • Previous experience with TTC is a strong asset
  • Must be able to work at night (9pm 5am)
