- A driver's license
- A working phone with data
- Comfortable using power tools and other light equipment/machinery
- Masonry work is often featured in these projects so being able to handle heavy bricks is expected.
- The work is labour intensive but the skills you learn and the team you work with make the job rewarding dare we say fun
