As the first point of contact with our Members, the
Customer Service Representative is a critical part of the FBC team.

They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provide exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

Please note that this position will report directly in person to our Kelowna, BC branch office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members
  • Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
  • Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of frontline customer service experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with welldeveloped telephone skills
  • An aptitude for learning
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
  • A working knowledge of MS Office
