Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is multitask orientated and computer proficient to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Insurance Compliance Team.

Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Assume management of a busy team mailbox to ensure priority emails are dealt with and documented efficiently.
  • Broker Suitability: Review regulatory enforcement sites to identify information concerning the activities of brokers contracted with HUB.
  • Broker Terminations: Prepare HUB Financial broker termination letters and communications to relevant parties.
