we lead and listen with empathy and embrace diversity, inclusion and belonging. WorkSafeNB is accepting applications for two Bilingual casual full-time positions of Enquiry Clerk. The terms of the two casual full-time assignments are one-year each. The hours of work are 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30 PM.

Reporting to the Manager, Enquiries, you will answer enquiries on claim and other related issues relative to the business of WorkSafeNB.

Using software for the purpose of obtaining claims and employer-related information.

• Recording events and sending messages for the maintenance of a claim or reporting workplace accidents

Knowledge of MS Software particularly Word and Excel.

• Call Centre experience would be considered an asset.

Written and spoken competency in English and spoken competency in French are required for both positions.

Hourly rate is $21.Your primary workspace will be from your in-home office, with the occasional expectation of in person meetings, for that reason, working from outside the province or country is not permissible.
