We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Manager for Home Société, for our Ottawa concept store located on Iris Street.


Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating and supporting the store's sales team.

Management must also ensure compliance with our customer experience standards and is responsible for the overall functioning of the showroom, customer service and store operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the sales team in achieving the store's objectives;
  • Maximize the team's sales by offering constructive and mobilizing feedback on their performance;
  • Provide onboarding and training to team members, in terms of products, suppliers and internal policies;
  • Maintain the brand image through exceptional customer service;
  • Ensure customers case management and offer appropriate solutions in order to offer an optimal customer experience;
  • Develop strong business relationships with clients and ensure the development of business relationships with the designer community;
  • Participate in the implementation of the store's marketing strategies;
  • Create the work schedules for the team in place;
  • Manage the instore inventory;
  • Ensure respect and cleanliness of the store with the maintenance team;
  • Promote respect of company policies and procedures.
Required skills

  • You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role;
  • You are a person with unifying leadership and strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You have a strategic mind and are constantly in solution mode to ensure the satisfaction of your clients and your sales team;
  • You have a strong sense of work organization and demonstrate autonomy and dynamism;
  • You possess qualities to maximize engagement and the performance of your sales team, to recognize their strengths and develop their talents;
  • You feel comfortable and are motivated by working under pressure;
  • You feel comfortable with IT and office tools;
  • You know the importance of discretion and demonstrate attention for details;
