What You'll Do

The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of tasks to ensure a quality guest experience, and the smooth operation of the parking facility that exceeds our customer/client's expectations.

The Customer Service Representative works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Office Manager to ensure that audits are accurate, and work is completed in a timely manner.

Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

Arrive on time to designated in office post.
Serves as a primary point of contact for walkin customers

As well as:

Assist call requests with customers for information about monthly parking, daily parking and payment challenges
Provide exceptional customer service to staff, customers, patrons and clients of the operation(s)
Check in with management regarding daily responsibilities
Perform assigned audit procedures and processes void requests
Check inventory in assigned location and arrange orders for stationary supplies, PPE, photocopier, etc.
Ensure that operations are running smoothly at assigned locations per the service model
Respond to the changes and demands of the customer volume to create solutions that support the service model required
Maintain Clean work areas, and the cleanliness of the front office
Serve as backup to any meter collection, maintenance task, and field audit task
Other duties as assigned

Able to work a set schedule of Monday
Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
A valid driver's license or willingness to acquire
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work independently, proactively, and follow through tasks to completion

Majority of work is in an office environment which will require long periods of sitting.
Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer, tablet, and copier/printer, telephone
Must be able to walk, run and potentially stand for long periods of time outside in all weather conditions (IF) covering as a back up
Occasionally lift and carry maintenance equipment and machinery, up to 25 lbs (IF) covering as a back up
Perform maintenance and repair tasks by occasionally climbing and reaching, bending or stooping (IF) covering as a back up

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a professional office environment.
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift (IF) covering as a back up
Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes
