Vault Home Credit Corporation DBA VaultPay is designed to ease the consumer financing transaction between our Partners and Homeowners. We offer customers total payment control with simple and easy financing options for Homeowners and their Home Improvement loans. We are looking for a motivated, Contract Administrator to join our team. We provide a competitive salary, benefits plan and a fun and professional working environment. This Full-Time Hybrid Position is Monday to Friday between 8:30am

  • 5:00pm EST.

Responsibilities:

Audit transactions and handle any deficiencies including requesting updated documentation
Ensure contracts are entered in the dedicated Contract Management Software
Process Home-Owner Verification and Register Notice of Security Interest / Fixtures / Caveats on
properties in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise with internal staff, external partners regarding loan documentation
Provide support where necessary to other team members within the organization
Assist with other tasks and duties as required


Qualifications / Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in finance, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing accuracy
and attention to detail. Including strong time management and organization skills
Excellent judgement and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Positive attitude, highly motivated and ability to work well independently and in a team
environment.
