We are looking for a full time Service Appointment Coordinator and Receptionist to join our busy Service Department.
Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for answering customer phone calls and directing those calls to the correct Service team members.
- The appointment coordinator is responsible for making outgoing reminder phone calls, running daily reports on the computer and working directly with the public.
