Who You Are

• Review customer bid packages and quote requests
• Specify products, assemblies and systems through our product offerings
• Generate Quotes through Quotewerks (moving to Odoo early 2023)
• Present Quotes / Proposals to customers both verbal and written
• Demonstrate a high level of competence and accuracy when creating part numbers, descriptions, BOM's, costing/pricing conditions, etc.
• Respond to customer requests, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations
• Proactively follow up on quotations and customer information requests, directly interacting with customers
• Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or a technical diploma in a related discipline from an accredited educational institution preferred (C. Tech, A.Sc.

T); or equivalent industry experience

• Selfmotivated, detailoriented, organized, with a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
• Strong technical, oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards such as ASME, CSA, ISO, etc. is considered an asset
