Responsibilities
- Ensuring program designed implemented per sponsor strategic direction
- Ensuring all program Clients needs being met Responsible overall performance program respective services reimbursement patient coordination medication management etc Continue build existing experiences become reimbursement expert each therapeutic area managed build content training ensure team required context within therapeutic landscape Ensuring stakeholder escalations managed appropriately Client satisfaction Providing portfolio insights intelligence market competitive payer Ongoing evaluation strengths weaknesses potential areas improvement recommendations changes operations assist execution robust change management process Facilitate design production delivery reporting Participatelead client meetings Collaborate internal departments including Client Solutions Managers deliver programmrelated services optimal execution performance aspects client communications relations Assist quality assurance quality improvement initiatives oversee completion CAPA activities Oversees case managers ensure ability handle calls provide customer service document requirements system manage followup calls Monitors performance staff members assess training needs Provides input scheduling adequate staffing makes recommendations management changes Manage participate program design development activities i.e primary secondary documentation manuals SOPs flows charts Manage participate project technical setup i e telephony data collection tools processes reports project reporting requirements Manage daytoday project activities responding clientinternal inquiries troubleshooting Address adhoc client requests case escalations coordinate internal resources communicate external stakeholders Participate consulting research projects necessary support project departmental projects initiatives Communicate effectively ongoing scheduled basis program status account managerproject director Additional duties determined Manager/li>
