Financial Services Manager to join their dynamic team

Here's what you'll deliver:
- Provides insurance and financing services to automotive customers by verifying sales information; determining need for financing; preparing financing and legal documents; selling products and services; maintaining rapport with customers.
- Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport; answering questions; providing information; resolving discrepancies; maintaining a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index; complying with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
- Confirms automobile sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customer, ensuring understanding of content.
- Verifies automobile purchase information by reviewing sales contract data, conferring with sales department and making adjustments as needed.
- Sells products and services by reviewing desire/need for automobile insurance, credit insurance, extended warranties, antitheft devices, appearance protection packages, etc.
- Maintains customer confidence and organizational stability by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares transaction documents by completing loan agreements, Department of Motor Vehicle registration, and related documents, verifies that details are entered correctly.
What you need to succeed:
- OMVIC License (may obtain after hiring)
- Computer literacy
- Customer service skills and background, excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational skills to handle a variety of documentation
- Knowledge and background in finance and/or insurance and numeracy ability
- Previous experience in an automotive Business Office preferred, as are sales skills and sales experience
