The Opportunity:


The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring all client inquiries and requests are dealt with and processed on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.


  • Proactively engage with First National clients to deliver outstanding service, making every client interaction an exceptional one
  • Handle between 40 to 60 interactions a day
  • Assist our clients by educating them regarding our products and services and promoting our online services
  • Resolve client concerns at first point of contact by means of creative solutions backed by sound decisionmaking skills
  • Process transactions to fulfill client requests and ensure an endtoend customer experience
  • Exceed customer expectations while complying with policies, practices, and procedures
  • Ensure client privacy is protected at all times

The Requirements Needed:


  • Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Mortgage experience an asset
  • Competency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to resolve problems, strong attention to detail, critical thinking
  • Demonstrated team player, responsible, reliable and adaptable
  • Bilingualism (French, English) required interactions with Englishspeaking customers or partners
