Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience with Canadian contract law, experience in closing commercial real estate files
- Exceptional overall communication skills, and superior writing skills (as required for preparing and proofing legal documents). Minimal to no error in file work
- Analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgements
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Personable; good interpersonal skills and strong attention to customer service for all clients
- Must be highly reliable and taskoriented
- Legal research skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Selfmotivated with a positive disposition
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships with team members
- Extremely professional; acts in accordance with the company's values
- Ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
