**About The Job**:
We are looking for a team player who is excited about the work they do to join our Distribution team in Pointe-Claire, QC. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the **Customer Service Representative** will be responsible for providing world-class service to both external and internal customers. The incumbent will be responsible for handling sales, product, and service inquiries, customer orders, and other customer service needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in a positive, courteous, and professional manner
- Coordinating with sales for quotes, inquiries, and other customer needs
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Customer file maintenance
- Learn and possess industry, company, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with and support the efforts of the outside sales team
- Identify customer improvement needs and areas to upgrade products
