Join our team
Take charge of identifying and analyzing the business needs of our customers in the group insurance sector.

Be available for specialist consultant services for all of our products and for our various teams, including the project team.

Sometimes responsible for design, development and delivery to customers of documentation for our different products:
prescription drugs, dental, and extended health coverage. Support client relationship managers in dealing with technical questions and complex cases.


Position overview

  • Permanent position (37.5 hours/week)
  • Fulltime remote work, supported by our TELUS Health Lifestyle program (including use of cuttingedge equipment and software)
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentoring and consulting services to members of the project team
  • Provide mentoring and consulting services for the technical writer and trainer
  • Contribute to solution strategies based on the needs of each business unit, while also supporting programs and roadmaps
  • Support with deployments
  • Ensure correctness of documentation and approve it for release
  • Manage tickets waiting for prioritization in connection with a delivery
  • Support the Carrier Support service in addressing complex questions from insurers

Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Experience in the group insurance industry, especially in extended health coverage, dental care or prescription drugs
  • College or university diploma

Skills and abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a work environment with a matrix structure
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to coordinate and effectively manage priorities
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
