School-Based BCBA operating as Assistant Clinical Supervisor within the ABA Department
Magnificent Minds Inc. has been operational since 2011 in Toronto.

As our facility grows, we're seeking additional professionals to support the maintenance of high-quality programming rooted in best practice standards in ABA, education and other therapeutic modalities (SLP, OT, Mental Health).

offers
therapeutic and special education programming to students with various diagnoses and needs between 4-12 years of age (Kindergarten-Grade 8).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with students within the context of a
    schoolbased facility; support integration of students into small groups, dyads, tryads and/or with 1:1 facilitation
  • Supports students from
    412 years with various needs spanning
    neurodevelopmental and
    mental health.
  • Provide
    compassionatecare within a
    traumainformed,
    culturally sensitive,
    neurodiversity affirming approach
  • Create and provide subsequent training on
    behavioural support plans and
    skill acquisition plans meeting the needs of a diverse population.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to
    naturalenvironment training,
    playbased learning, and
    flexible and responsive programming taking into account the classroom settings offered at Magnificent Minds.
  • On a consistent basis provide
    training and consultation for frontline staff,
    teachers and/or 1:1 school workers, and parents

  • Ongoing
    interdisciplinary collaboration with
    OTs, SLPs, Psychologists and mental health therapists as required
  • Complete
    clinical reviews of progress, including necessary record keeping, data analysis, report writing and program development.
  • Support the ongoing implementation and
    record keeping associated with company policies including but not limited to performance and procedural audits
  • Registered as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and experience supervising
  • Possesses VSC and 3 outstanding professional references
  • Has experience supporting speaking and nonspeaking learners in a school setting
  • Experience making datadriven decisions to target educational and therapeutic goals in 1:1, dyads, and small groups.
