We work closely with all members of the design and construction team including lighting designers, architects, electrical engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, electrical distributors, and electrical contractors.


Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers' bidding projects
• Examine and understand lighting specification
• Ensure all tender documents are received and are correct at time of closing
• Negotiate pricing and product availability with vendors
• Prepare budget quotations for specifiers, end users, distributors, and contractors as requested b by Sales team
• Work with the sales team to make alternate recommendations when required
• Followup job closings to identify which distributor and contractor have been awarded the project
• Maintain accurate electronic project files and folders

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Lighting industry is an asset
• Strong mathematical ability
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
• Well organized and selfmotivated
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude
